Here's my point of view

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the beach, complemented by friendly staff. The beach loungers were a plus, although they could use some updates. While the room was clean, it did have a slight mildew smell. For the price, manage expectations and enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants and shops.

Lovely beach location, but room needed updates.

The room was cozy but had some issues. It was clean, but there was a bit of a mildew smell since it's an older building. The bed was comfy, which was great for relaxing after a long day. However, it lacked fridge availability and a few essentials. The staff was friendly, especially the cleaning crew, but the front desk could have shared better info. Overall, it was a mixed bag, but the atmosphere was decent.

Had a fantastic time enjoying the beachfront and the clean rooms with my kids and a few colleagues. The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was also impressive, definitely exceeded my expectations in taste!

In my wife’s opinion, the beach loungers were a bit tricky to navigate, especially during busy hours. A reservation system for families would be great.

The location made everything so easy to

explore, with restaurants just a block away and the beach right at our doorstep. However, the noise from the adjacent dive shop in the mornings was quite disruptive and affected our sleep. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

The only hiccup was a slightly outdated room that could use some sprucing up, but it didn't take away from my great experience. I'd recommend checking out the restaurant for a nice meal while you're there! 😊

The beach access is fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast had a great selection, especially the fresh eggs. My room was well-kept and comfortable. I had a relaxing getaway overall. 🌴

Nothing not to love.

The egg station at breakfast was a real gem, whipping up the freshest huevos to start the day! Plus, I loved the gorgeous beach club right on the shore. It was a total vibe! The staff were super friendly, making every moment enjoyable.

I had a little hiccup getting my room. they assured me a first-floor accommodation due to my ankle issues, but they tried to stick me on the third floor instead! That twist got sorted, but I still felt like I was a bit of an afterthought.

The room was clean, but the furnishings were old and dated.

I loved the charming beachside location, which made accessing the shore incredibly easy for a senior like me. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive, making my stay very enjoyable.

Improved mattress quality would enhance comfort for seniors.

i had a wonderful stay after a previous visit to puerto morelos. the beachfront location was perfect for relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the pool area was clean and inviting, making it a great spot for unwinding during my few nights there.

the shower pressure was inconsistent.

The location was absolutely incredible, right in front of the beach! 🌊 While the room could use some updates, it was clean and served its purpose well for our stay. Definitely a hidden gem!
